Welcome services for foreign students in Paris

0 Two welcome services for foreign students can inform you each year from September to November and help you with your first administrative steps in Paris.
Set up by the City of Paris, they are targeted to foreign students who come to study in Paris and its region, and assist you in your administrative steps : search for a flat, students’ social security, work permit, rent allowance, residence permit, opening of a bank account, looking for French classes, etc…
They are located at the Paris Crous and the Paris Cité internationale universitaire and are ready to answer your questions from the 5th of September to the 10th of November, 2011, from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

In this reception office, you can also :
- get informations on the student’s residence permit or on the certification of your visa by OFII,
- request to change your status (for students who live in Paris only),
- apply for a rent allowance,
- obtain information on foreign students work regulation.
